The UHealth Jackson Children’s Care Congenital Heart Center at Holtz Children’s Hospital is an internationally respected center for the comprehensive care of children and adults with congenital and acquired heart disease.

Our success is a result of the work of a multidisciplinary team of pediatric and congenital specialists, cardiologists, cardiac intensivists, cardiothoracic surgeons, cardiac nurse practitioners and nurses, cardiac anesthesiologists, and cardiovascular technicians from Jackson Health System and UHealth – University of Miami Health System who are at the forefront of groundbreaking clinical care and medical research.
In fact, our expertise goes beyond the practice of general pediatric cardiology and extends to all subspecialty fields, including advanced cardiac imaging, catheter-based interventions, electrophysiology, cardiovascular surgery, heart failure and transplantation, and ventricular assist devices (VAD) implantation. Our comprehensive program also includes fetal cardiologists who specializes in the care of high-risk newborns.
